     1.     Step Test:  This test is designed to measure your cardiovascular endurance. 
          Step up and down the step at a consistent rate for 3 minutes.  At the end of the 3 minutes,
         remain standing while you immediately check your heart rate by taking your pulse for one minute. 

2.     Squat Test: How many squats can you do? Keep doing squats until you are fatigued.

3.     Sit-Up Test:  This test measures the strength and endurance of the abdominals and
hip-flexor muscles.  How many sit-ups can you do in 1 minute?

4.     Push-Up Test: How many push-ups can you do?  Men should use the standard “military style”
push-up position with only the hands and the toes touching the floor.  Women have the
additional option of using the “bent-knee” position.  Do as many push ups as possible until exhaustion. 

5.     Plank Test: How long can you hold yourself in the plank position?

6.     Jump Rope Test: How many can you do in a minute?

7.    Running Long Jump Test: How far can you jump?

8.     Mile Run Test:  How long does it take you to run/walk a mile?

9.     50 Yard Dash Test: How long does it take you to run 50 yards?

     10.     Pull-Up Test: How many can you do total?
          Flexed Arm Hang Test: How long can you "arm hang"?
